• Basic order details, such as items purchased and prices paid

We do not collect or store your card details. Payments are handled directly by Stripe, our payment provider.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and fulfil orders and workshop bookings, respond to customize requests and contact messages, manage your customer account and order history, send order and booking confirmations, and, if you subscribe, send occasional updates about new products or workshops.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Third-Party Services

We use Stripe to process payments securely, Google/Gmail to send order and account emails, and MongoDB Atlas to store our website's data. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf and has its own privacy practices.

Data Retention

We keep order and account information for as long as needed to fulfil orders, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and support any warranty or dispute. You can ask us to delete your customer account at any time.
